Mr Mike was one of my favorite people of all time, in the short few years I was lucky to know him he taught me more than he realized. We met when I first started out tournament fishing and immediately hit it off. Mike not only taught me a lot about fishing but also life in general and how to be a kind person, he had the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever been around and I will miss him more than anyone will ever know. Not only should he be in the Outdoor Hall of Fame but he should be in the Hall of Fame of Life and I know Jesus just gained another son and best friend in Mr Mike. I will remember him always and send my condolences and prayers to all of his family and friends. “Pow Pow” -Mike Parrott

Pam and family,
I was so sorry to learn of the loss of Mike.
I met him on a duck hunt through Whitey Outlaw in Tennessee. He was a true gentleman and by the time we left it seemed we had been friends for years.
There are no words to take away the sorrow of losing a loved one. But our great Lord and Savior is the great comforter. He understands better than any of us ever will. I encourage you all to trust in him during this difficult time ahead.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Pam, although we don’t know each other well we share a common bond. That bond is saying goodbye to husbands too early in life. I will be praying for you often as you go through this trying time. Know that God loves you deeply and will never leave you.❤️
